Job summary

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in East Granby, East Windsor, Enfield, Ellington. You will provide in-home personal care, companionship, mobility support, and transportation, with pay starting at $18 per hour and opportunities for days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

We offer weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, medical/dental/vision and 401(k) plan with employer match, paid training, referral and bonus programs, and 24/7 caregiver support with local management.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a fully insured personal vehicle.

• Transportation: drive clients to appointments and errands.

Responsibilities

As a Caregiver for TheKey, you’ll assist your clients 1:1 with the following activities inside their homes:

• Personal care: assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals
• Companionship: social engagement, activities, and emotional support
• Transportation: driving clients to appointments and running errands
• Light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing

Qualifications
