Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Barboursville is seeking Experienced Caregivers for full-time roles in Barboursville and surrounding areas. The position requires a strong background in senior home care and a commitment to compassionate, relationship-focused service.

You will provide support with daily living, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and reminders, while earning competitive pay, direct deposit, and benefits. Successful in-person interview and background checks are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional caregiving experience, specifically for seniors.
• Available to work 40+ hours per week.
• Must be available to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must successfully complete an in-person interview.
• Must complete a written assessment during the interview process.
• Must pass all required background screenings and employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, relationship-focused care to seniors in their homes.
• Offer companionship and meaningful social engagement.
• Assist with personal care, mobility, and activities of daily living.
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition.
