Job summary

SpartanNash, at its Mishawaka Central Bakery location, seeks an Experienced Box Truck Driver to deliver products to stores. You will load/unload, manage returns, and maintain the truck while adhering to DOT regulations on routes and schedules.

The role requires a valid For Hire license, ability to drive a large box truck, and the stamina to work early hours with weekends/holidays as needed. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driving experience with large box trucks.
• For Hire license is required and must be active.
• Able to plan and organize daily work schedule.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Able to operate pallet jack and power equipment.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from Central Bakery to store locations.
• Load and unload trucks; pick up returns for Central Bakery.
• Maintain basic truck maintenance and log DOT inspections.
• May perform deliveries beyond store routes.
