Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Certification in bartending is preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up bar with appropriate levels of liquor, juices, crushers, additives, soda, etc.
• Ensure the bar, glasses and cutlery are clean and sanitized.
• Ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcohol.
• Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences.
• Present bar bill and take payment; ensure guests are engaged and satisfied.
• Monitor guests for overconsumption of alcohol and take appropriate action.
• Lock up and store all beverage, food and other items and secure cash drops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
