Qualifications

• Experience building electrical harnesses for aerospace, motorsport, or automotive industries (hands-on fabrication skills).
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret schematics.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in wiring harness fabrication.

• Design, assemble, and install complex wire harnesses for aerospace applications
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair wire harness
• Interpret engineering drawings and follow manufacturing work instructions
• Documentation of harness builds
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to increase production operational efficiency and output.

Requirements:

• Experience building electrical harness' for the aerospace, motorsport, or automotive industries
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Competent with all hand tools associated with the fabrication of wiring harnesses
