Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an Automotive Wheel Repair Technician to service vehicles at customer locations. Training is fully paid and will transition to a blended compensation with hourly pay and commissions as you start building your customer base.

No prior experience is required, making it an accessible entry into a rewarding field that combines hands-on repair work with customer service and outdoor work in varied weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales aptitude to promote services.
• Detail-oriented with focus on quality and safety.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Auto painting or collision repair training is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations to service vehicles.

Automotive Wheel Repair Technician - Experience Required

Training:Fully Paid (Includes Travel, Food, and Transportation)

Training compensation at the hourly rate, then phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission as you move out of training and start building your customer base!

Travel to customer locations to service vehicles

• Use grinding and sanding tools to repair cosmetic damages (curb and road rash, peeling, scrapes, gouges, oxidation and bent wheels)
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote our services
• Toughness and grit to workoutdoors in various weather conditions
• Strongcustomer service and salesskills to interact with customers and build accounts
• Detail-orientedwith a focus on quality and safety
• Auto painting experience or collision repair technical school training preferred but not required
