Job summary

Serpentini Chevrolet of Willoughby Hills is seeking experienced Used Vehicle Technicians to join our service team. You will diagnose and repair a variety of vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and use state-of-the-art tools while applying safety standards.

This full-time hourly role offers a salary from $80,000 to over $100,000 annually, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and opportunities for career advancement; ASE is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical background with automotive experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have own tools.
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues on various makes and models of vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and service tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Use diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and fix problems
• Explain repair recommendations and provide cost estimates to customers
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain quality workmanship
• Complete repairs efficiently and accurately while keeping workspace clean and organized
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with industry trends
