The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Automotive Technician in Cherry Hill, NJ. This full-time position offers a flat-rate structure with a 75% hourly guarantee and a pay range of $25.00-$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of automotive repair experience or three years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work a flexible schedule (including some evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Preference for ASE A4/A5 certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automotive systems including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Troubleshoot problems using the latest diagnostic technology.
• Mentor teammates and learn new techniques as automotive technology evolves.
• Maintain high standards of safety, service, and housekeeping while using protective equipment.
• Perform manual tasks such as lifting tires/wheels and standing, bending, and squatting for extended periods.
