Germain of Beavercreek is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the primary contact for customers needing service and repairs. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers needing automotive service and repairs, ensuring an exceptional service experience by effectively communicating with both customers and technicians. Your expertise will help guide customers through the service process, from initial consultation to final vehicle delivery, while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
