Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a Wheel & Interior Repair Technician to travel to customer locations such as dealerships and auctions to perform mobile repairs. You will repair cosmetics on wheels and interiors, using sanding, grinding, painting, and refinishing techniques to restore surfaces to like-new condition.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided; however, you should be comfortable working outdoors, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer locations including dealerships, auctions, and other automotive partners to perform mobile repairs.
• Repair cosmetic wheel damage including curb rash, scrapes, gouges, peeling finishes, oxidation, and bent wheels.
• Remove tires and wheels from vehicles as needed for repair and refinishing.
• Use sanding, grinding, painting, and refinishing techniques to restore wheels to like-new condition.
• Repair rips, tears, burns, stains, and other cosmetic damage in vehicle interiors.
• Mix dyes and restore leather, vinyl, and other interior surfaces to like-new condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, build strong customer relationships, and promote our services.

• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Auto painting, collision repair, refinishing, or related experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $50,000-$110,000/year. The total compensation package may also include commission, bonus or profit sharing. Sign on bonus is subject to state and local laws, terms and conditions, including employment status and length‑of‑service requirements.
