Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or reputable shop.
• Foundational knowledge of automotive systems including engine, brakes, and tires.
• ASE certifications preferred; OEM-specific training a plus.
• Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive issues.
• Experience with diagnostic software and specialized tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds; physical readiness.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicle systems using diagnostic tools and manuals.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and factory recalls as applicable.
• Document services and communicate findings clearly to the Service Advisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts team, and service advisors for smooth workflow.
• Pursue ongoing training and share knowledge with junior technicians.
