Job summary

Hireology is seeking an Experienced AutoTechnician to join our growing team at a Ford dealership in Norwalk, Ohio. The right candidate will have a service technician background with over 3 years of experience and will diagnose and perform repairs on a range of vehicle systems.

You will collaborate with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely repairs, complete routine maintenance, and pursue Ford STST certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of automotive service technician experience.
• ASE certifications or Ford Certification preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs including brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability.
• Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
• Work with Service Advisors and Parts Department to ensure timely repairs.
• Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
• Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
• Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.
