Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced automotive technician for our Delaware/US dealership network. This role offers top flat-rate pay, a significant sign-on bonus and relocation help, with year-round workload at a high-volume shop.

You will diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues using modern tools, communicate with service advisors, and stay current with evolving automotive technologies. A strong GM background is a plus.

Qualifications

5+ years automotive technician experience, GM experience a strong plus.
Strong diagnostic and repair skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High School Diploma or GED.
ASE or Master Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns.
Use diagnostic equipment confidently and safely.
Communicate effectively with service advisors and parts teams.
Complete repair orders and vehicle safety inspections accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Stay current with evolving automotive technologies.
