Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Parts Manager to locate and order parts.
• Handle special-order requests and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Manage the entire parts sales process from inquiry to invoicing.
• Process daily parts orders using CDK scanner.
• Maintain organized inventory and stock levels.
• Assist retail customers and answer incoming calls.
