Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) is growing in the Pittsfield, MA area and seeks an experienced Auto Mechanic / Automotive Technician for a full-time role with a 5-day work week. We offer a competitive hourly rate ($18–$24) plus commissions based on store-level automotive repair net sales.

Technician commissions range from $400 to $1,400 and can push annual earnings over $100,000. Technicians can earn one-time bonuses of $500 for certifications earned while employed with ACE.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Current AATI or ASE certifications.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Brake work experience.
• Have your own tools.
• Are you honest and reliable?
• Can you prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively?
• Are you service-oriented and attentive to detail?
• Do you enjoy troubleshooting?
• Can you explain technical information in layman's terms?

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair vehicles to keep customers' cars in top condition.
