Job summary

Safelite Group in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Experienced Auto Glass Technician to perform repairs, replacements and recalibrations for customers in shop or at mobile sites. You’ll apply Safelite training and tools to deliver safety, quality and exceptional service.

You’ll work with True Seal, Ezi-Wire, GTS and related equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a professional appearance while helping customers understand options and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required to operate company vehicle.
• Safelite SafeTech certification required.
• Experience with auto glass installation/repair is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide glass repair and replacement services at Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop.
• Recalibrate automotive safety systems and perform diagnostic testing.
• Operate Safelite tools and systems and maintain customer records.
• Communicate with customers in-person, text, and phone; promote Safelite services.
