You will repair, replace, and recalibrate vehicle glass, operate Safelite tools, and deliver exceptional customer service, with coaching responsibilities for more senior levels.

This position may be filled at the Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician level based on experience, qualifications, technical capabilities, and certifications.
Senior and Master Technician positions may include coaching, mentoring, and technical leadership responsibilities.
Technician: $22.75 - $25.25/hr
Senior Technician: $25.25 - $28.00/hr
Master Technician: $27.50 - $30.50/hr

Actual compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, geographic market, and internal equity.
High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred
Valid state-issued driver’s license any other license(s) (as required by federal, state and local laws) to operate a company vehicle.
Required Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred)
