Safelite is hiring Auto Glass Technicians to perform repair, replacement, and recalibration services in Safelite Shop locations or Mobile Glass Shops.
Positions include Technician, Senior Technician, and Master Technician levels with compensation based on experience and location. Benefits include 401(k), medical plans, PTO, holidays, and tuition reimbursement.
Actual compensation is determined based on experience, qualifications, certifications, geographic market, and internal equity.
High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred Valid state-issued driver’s license any other license(s) (as required by federal, state and local laws) to operate a company vehicle.
Required Proven experience as an Auto Glass Technician (2+ years preferred) Experience Qualifications Applicants will be considered for Technician, Senior Technician, or Master Technician placement based on experience, technical capability, certifications, productivity, quality performance, leadership experience, and customer service excellence.
