Job summary

Carvana in Illinois is seeking Experienced Auto Technician to perform repairs, from light maintenance to heavy engine work, and diagnostics on our vehicles in our high-tech Inspection Centers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues including EV/hybrid vehicles.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform general to complex repairs on all makes/models, from maintenance to major engine work.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including work on electric and hybrid vehicles.
• Complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control systems (AC/heater).
