Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Auto Body Paint Technician to join our growing team. This role is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential and first-year earnings estimated at $50,000-$75,000, increasing to $70,000-$150,000+ as you build long-term success.

You will travel to customer locations to perform paint touch-ups and repairs using professional spray equipment. You will prep, blend, and finish surfaces and deliver fast, flawless results at dealerships and other partner

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork.
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy.
• Self-motivation and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in collision repair or bodywork
• Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
• Self-motivation, grit, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 45 lbs
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The starting compensation is expected to be: $50,000-$150,000/year
