Dent Wizard is hiring an Auto BodyPaint Technician– Experienced to perform high-quality automotive reconditioning at partner locations. This 100% commission-based role offers strong earning potential and independence, traveling to customer sites to deliver exceptional paint touch-ups and bodywork.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in collision repair, excellent color matching, and a customer-first mindset. Starting compensation ranges from $50,000 to $150,000/year, with benefits and growth

This position is 100% commission based. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance.

Commission-based uncapped earning potential.

First year earning potential: $50,000-$75,000

Long-term earning potential: $70,000-$150,000+

What You’ll Do:

• Travel to customers to perform high-quality minor automotive reconditioning activities such as paint touch-ups to full surface repairs using advanced spray equipment and proven techniques

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

The starting compensation is expected to be:

$50,000-$150,000/year
