This role includes a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 and opportunities for advancement, training, and comprehensive benefits. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, maintenance, modifications and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft models.
• Perform mechanical tasks including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly and adjustment of aircraft systems.
• Troubleshoot, inspect and repair turbine engines; perform engine run-ups and airframe system checks.
• Use tools and equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights and hand tools.

Description

We are hiring immediately for a full time A&P (Airframe & Powerplant) mechanic or AMT (Aircraft Maintenance Technician). This role is critical to our mission, so we are offering up to a $15,000 Sign On Bonus.

What you will be doing as an A & P Mechanic:

You can expect to conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Cessna and Beechcraft aircraft models. Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Mechanical Duties: Perform a variety of mechanical tasks on various aircraft models, including diagnosing malfunctions, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and adjustment of aircraft systems to prepare for flight and delivery.

Engine and Airframe Maintenance: Perform troubleshooting, inspection, and repair of turbine engines, including engine run-ups. Carry out airframe system and component changes, systems checkout, and install service bulletins and kits on both airframes and engines.

Use of Tools and Equipment: Utilize equipment such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, dial gauges, vacuum gauges, timing lights, and various hand tools to repair or modify systems or assemblies.
