New York Life Group Benefit Solutions (GBS) is seeking a detail‑oriented and collaborative Technical Business Analyst to serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role ensures that technology initiatives align with operational goals and user needs through the clear definition of requirements, effective communication, and proactive project support.

Salary range: $95,000‑$125,000
Overtime eligible: Exempt
Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes
Sales bonus eligible: No
Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to the individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
