The NOW Massage in Flower Mound, TX seeks an Experience Guide to enhance guest experience, upsell enhancements and memberships, manage reception, and ensure smooth daily boutique operations.

You will greet guests, book appointments, promote memberships, handle payments, maintain a welcoming reception, and collaborate with leadership to deliver outstanding service in a stylish, fast-paced boutique.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level service for guests and team members.
• Warmly greet and check in guests.
• Actively drive enhancements, memberships, and gift card sales by educating guests about services, memberships, and retail.
• Accurately book, edit, and cancel massage appointments.
• Open/close the boutique daily according to SOPs.
• Resolve guest issues.
• Maintain guest areas to standard.
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a healthy, happy workplace.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure best practices and foster innovation.

• Hours of operations M-Th 10am-8pm, Fri & Sat 9am-8pm, Sun 10am-6pm

Job Summary

The Experience Guide is responsible for the guest experience, selling enhancements and memberships, maintaining the reception area, and ensuring the seamless daily operations of the boutique. This includes but is not limited to greeting and assisting guests regarding services and products, booking appointments, promoting memberships, customizing the guest’s massage, and handling payment for services performed.
