Job summary

Maysville Auto Repair in Ohio is seeking an Experienced Automotive Technician (Heat & A/C) to join our family-owned shop. You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform routine maintenance, and use diagnostic tools to ensure quality work.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, and a choice of 4 or 5 day weeks. You'll work with a supportive team, earn hourly pay in the $35–$45 range, and have access to paid time off and holidays after eligibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive technician experience.
• You must own tools and toolbox.
• Automotive certifications or formal training preferred.
• Positive attitude and team mindset.
• Willingness to learn and follow proven processes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively.
• Communicate clearly with service advisors.
