Job summary

Bubba’s 33 in Louisville is seeking an Expeditor who has an eye for detail and knows quality food when they see it. You’ll coordinate kitchen workflow, verify orders, and help maintain the pace during busy service.

This role requires clear communication, teamwork, and a commitment to First‑In, First‑Out standards, sanitation, and freshness. You’ll monitor production levels and ensure portions meet the brand's quality.

• Complies with portion sizes, quality standards, and department rules.
• Maintains station cleanliness throughout shift.
• Understands and executes prep sheets and recipes.
• Validates food quality and confirms order accuracy.
• Monitors product levels during the shift and communicates needs.
• Adheres to First-In, First-Out standards and product rotation.
• Maintains sanitation standards throughout shift.
• Communicates effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Exhibits teamwork.
