Job summary

Bricktown Brewery in Oklahoma City is seeking an Expeditor for a full-time, on-site role. You are the final checkpoint between our kitchen and Guests, ensuring orders are accurate, properly plated, and delivered promptly while supporting a culture of teamwork and hospitality.

In a fast-moving environment you’ll read tickets, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, assist with food prep as needed, and help package to-go orders while maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations and food service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is plated correctly and delivered promptly to Guests.
• Act as quality control on the line, correcting any order issues before they reach the table.
• Assist with food prep and finishing work as needed.

Position Overview

As an Expeditor, you’re the final checkpoint between our kitchen and our Guests. You’ll ensure orders are accurate, properly plated, and delivered promptly—playing a crucial role in our restaurant’s quality and efficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 10 lbs frequently, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand, walk, and reach constantly; occasional overhead lifting and twisting required.
• Work effectively in a busy, high-energy setting with background noise.
• Frequent handwashing and adherence to food safety standards.
