Responsibilities

• Interfaces with outside vendors to schedule/expedite outside processing jobs.
• Helps provide on-line job status for major customers.
• Responds to customer needs by checking status on jobs; helps resolve customer complaints.
• Checks status on the hot sheet on a continuing basis.
• Follows up on priority jobs.
• Locates Purchase Order Changes on the floor.
• Expedites orders on the floor; locates Manufacturing Plans to follow up on job status.
• Updates/reprioritizes Manufacturing Plans by locating, re-stamping and finding material for jobs.
• Oversee day-to-day activities in the warehouse; performs back-up duties.
• Issues requisitions for material to fill min-max levels; creates material requests for material needed.
