Elite Dental Partners is seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant to join our patient-centered team in Pennsylvania. You will provide chair-side support, educate patients, and help maintain a welcoming environment while ensuring high-quality care.

Responsibilities include taking X-rays, entering treatment plans, sterilizing instruments, and assisting with operatory setup to keep a productive schedule.

Qualifikationen

• EFDA/EDDA/EFODA certification is required.
• Radiology certification required to comply with state board.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• Proficient with dental software; experience with Dentrix preferred.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

We are seeking an Expanded Functions Dental Assistantthat shares our passion for patient care and education, as well as creating a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists by charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-up
• Deliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointment
• Take and process X-Rays
• Perform procedures as directed by the Dentist and Hygienist, while maintaining a productive, efficient schedule
• Enter patient treatment plans and maintain files
• Complete sterilization processes for equipment and operatories
• Educate patients on the importance of their oral health and how it is best maintained

Qualifications

• Advanced Dental Assistant Certification (EFDA, EDDA, EFODA)
• Radiology certification required to be compliant with the State Dental Board
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Dental Assistant preferred
• Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and working with a dental software, experience with Dentrix preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to partnering with all team members to create a great environment
