Job summary

Johnson Family Dental is seeking a friendly, patient‑focused team member to support the clinical staff and greet patients. You’ll help prepare treatment rooms, assist clinicians, and contribute to a smooth, welcoming office environment Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm.

You will educate patients on oral hygiene, maintain infection control standards, and support various office duties to ensure an outstanding patient experience and efficient practice operations.

Qualifications

• X-ray certification required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain before start date.
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards.
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care.

Overview

In this role, you’ll be an important member of the clinical team, working alongside GPs and other Specialty Clinicians dedicated to serving patients. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed.

Schedule (days/hours)

Office open Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day

Qualifications

• xray certification
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Compensation

$36-38/hr
