Responsibilities

• Receiving, organizing, and managing trade show exhibit components in our warehouse.
• Operating forklifts and material handling equipment to move and stage exhibits (certification earns a pay differential).
• Prepping, packing, and shipping exhibit materials for client events across the country.
• Performing condition checks on exhibit components and flagging items that need repair or refurbishment.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and keeping work area clean and organized.
• Collaborating daily with teammates and coordinating with project managers.
• Jumping in where needed — this team runs together and everyone contributes.
