Qualifications

• Exhibit industry or adjacent (e.g., woodworking) experience preferred.
• Drafting experience with Autodesk Inventor, preferably for trade-show exhibits or equivalent.
• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD (2018+).
• 3D solid modeling using Autodesk Inventor is required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment delivering high-quality results.
• Strong analytical ability for constructing methods for diverse projects.
• Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Attend production launch meetings and provide technical expertise for planning and execution.
• Review 3D designs, renderings, and blueprints for compatibility and quality.
• Create comprehensive floor plans, setup and assembly drawings including booth locations and electrical needs.
• Generate BeMatrix pack lists based on approved designs and client direction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to obtain information for accurate drawings.
• Manage priorities and deliverables to meet project schedules.
• Provide technical support across departments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and detailing tools.
• Research products and materials to support design requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
