Job summary

W3Global is seeking experienced Exhibit Builders, Carpenters, or Cabinet Makers to join its fabrication team in a full-time, on-site role. You will build custom trade show exhibits, displays, and structures, fabricate cabinets and components, and perform general and finish carpentry for diverse projects.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with trade show exhibits, cabinetry, and architectural millwork, with a strong eye for detail and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Exhibit Builder, Carpenter, Cabinet Maker, or Millworker.
• Strong woodworking and fabrication skills.
• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.
• Experience building custom exhibits and displays is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build custom trade show exhibits, displays, and structures.
• Fabricate cabinets and custom components.
• Perform general and finish carpentry.
• Work with plywood, MDF, laminates, plastics, and other materials.
• Apply laminate and finish materials.
• Read and understand shop drawings and blueprints.

• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout fabrication.
• Assist with exhibit setup and preparation when needed.

A custom exhibit design and fabrication company creating trade show exhibits, displays, branded environments, and custom-built structures for clients throughout the U.S. and worldwide is seeking skilled individuals who want to grow, develop their craft, and build a long-term career with its fabrication team.

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Exhibit Builder, Carpenter, or Cabinet Maker to join our fabrication team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building trade show exhibits, custom cabinets, displays, retail fixtures, architectural millwork, or other custom commercial projects.

This is not repetitive production work. Our team builds custom projects that change from job to job, requiring craftsmanship, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Build custom trade show exhibits, displays, and structures.
• Fabricate cabinets and custom components.
• Perform general and finish carpentry.
• Work with plywood, MDF, laminates, plastics, and other materials.

What We're Looking For

• Experience as an Exhibit Builder, Carpenter, Cabinet Maker, or Millworker.

• Experience with woodworking machinery and power tools.
• Cabinet construction and laminate experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Dependable and able to work well with a team.
• Willingness to learn new fabrication techniques.
• Experience building custom exhibits and displays is highly preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, lifting, and walking.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to push or pull up to 25 lbs.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.

Occasional overtime may be required. While the fabrication schedule sometimes requires additional hours or occasional weekend work, every effort is made to plan projects around a healthy balance between work and family life.
