Job summary

DERSE INC. is seeking an AutoCAD Detailer - Exhibit Rentals to create detailed construction and setup drawings for tradeshow exhibits, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

The role requires in-office work to support a collaborative team across Account Executives, Designers, Project Managers, Estimators, and Production staff. Qualified candidates will have an Associate Degree and 5–7 years of 3-D AutoCAD / CAM 2014 experience, plus knowledge of production, cabinetry and CNC machining.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of 3-D AutoCAD / CAM 2014 operator experience.
• Trade show or exhibit design experience preferred.
• Experience with production, cabinetry, and CNC machining.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed construction / set-up drawings and floor plans for tradeshow exhibit / displays.
• Partner with Account Executive, Designer, Project Manager, Estimator, and Production staff to ensure cost effective solutions.
• Assist Project Managers in value and design engineering.
• Maintain and report on daily detailing schedule to ensure detailing deadlines are met and report anticipated estimate overruns to Mgr. Project Management and the assigned Project Manager.
• Remain highly organized, flexible and have the ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
