ABM Industries Inc. seeks an Exhaust Technician to join the Pumps, Chillers, and Scrubbers (PCS) Team supporting semiconductor manufacturing operations.

This hands-on maintenance role focuses on preventive maintenance of exhaust systems, pumps, chillers, and related equipment to support critical production processes. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, tool proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and replace components such as pumps, seals, and O-rings.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive maintenance on exhaust systems.
• Ability to replace components such as pumps, seals, and O-rings.
• Comfort with troubleshooting in a semiconductor facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on exhaust systems, pumps, chillers, and scrubbers.
• Troubleshoot and replace components as needed.
• Adhere to shift schedules (5:45pm–6:00am) and safety protocols.
