Job summary

People Technology And Processes is seeking an Exercise Support Cell Foreman for Range 37 at Fort Bragg, NC. This full-time role supervises personnel and provides construction management and a full range of logistical services, including facility maintenance.

The position requires an active SECRET clearance, U.S. citizenship, and proven experience in construction and facility operations. Travel to support USAJFKSWCS courses may be required.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Certification in Construction Management and/or at least two years of construction project management experience.
• Subject matter expertise in construction and facility maintenance operations.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds; operate heavy equipment and motor vehicles; valid state driver's license.
• Ability to work in demanding indoor and outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance, repairs, and construction of facilities, grounds, and ancillary equipment.
• Apply carpentry, woodworking, metalworking, concrete, masonry, basic electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Maintain familiarization with automated systems such as automated target systems.
• Operate heavy equipment, trucks, tractors, mowers, and other motor vehicles.
• Travel as requested to provide direct support for USAJFKSWCS courses.

Scope of Work: Serves as the Exercise Support Cell Foreman for Range 37, supervising personnel and providing construction management and a full range of logistical services, including facility maintenance and construction.

• Provide general maintenance, repairs, and construction of facilities, grounds, and ancillary equipment such as targets, lighting, fences, gates, and buildings.
• Apply carpentry, woodworking, metalworking, concrete, masonry, basic electrical, and plumbing skills.
• Maintain familiarization with automated systems such as automated target systems.
• Operate heavy equipment, trucks, tractors, mowers, and other motor vehicles.
• Travel as requested to provide direct support for USAJFKSWCS courses.
