The Jackson Clinics is seeking an energetic Exercise Specialist to join our team of clinicians in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

This part-time role (30-39 hrs/wk) offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to advance in orthopedics and sports medicine through our Continuing Education courses. You will enjoy ample face time with patients and contribute to a patient-centered care model.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence with patients, clinicians, and staff.
• CSCS/NASM/ACSM/ISSA certification within 1 year of hire.
• Experience in personal training.
• Degree in Exercise Science; kinesiology background preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with exercise programs and progression.
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff.
• Deliver patient-centered care with ample face time.
• Support ongoing education through CE courses.
