Job summary

Stretch Zone - 1009 in Tucson, AZ seeks Health and Wellness professionals to join as Stretch Practitioners. You will conduct personalized stretching sessions, tailor programs to client goals, and maintain progress records in a fast-paced, fun environment.

In this role, you will receive comprehensive weeklong in-person training, PTO, and ongoing education. Part-time and full-time positions are available, with opportunities to advance to leadership positions as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

As a Stretch Practitioner, you'll have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients and help them achieve their health and wellness goals through our proprietary stretching techniques. Each Stretch Practitioner receives the following:

• Comprehensive weeklong in-person training paid for. Stretch Zone is the only stretching studio to provide a Nationally Certified Accreditation under Massage Therapy and Bodywork.

• The practitioner’s role is to service the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective assisted stretching techniques and creation of a long‑term customer loyalty environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in exercise science, kinesiology, or a related field
• Passion for health and wellness
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment
• CPR and AED certification preferred

Compensation:

$16 to $23 Hourly
