Job summary

HealthSource Chiropractic of Rocky River is seeking a high-energy Rehab Specialist and Chiropractic Assistant to join our fast-paced team dedicated to patient improvement through chiropractic care, exercise therapy, and wellness services.

You will instruct patients on rehabilitation, apply therapies, and help manage patient flow while building professional relationships with clients in a supportive, growth-oriented clinic.

Qualifications

• BS/AS degree in Exercise Science or Personal Trainer Certification preferred but not required.
• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises.
• Apply therapies including cupping therapy, spinal decompression and laser therapy.
• Scan patients for custom orthotics.
• Manage patient flow through the office.
• Answer phones.
• Be organized and friendly.
• Social media marketing.
• Participate in Community Outreach Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Instruct patients on rehabilitation and corrective exercises.
• Assist with therapies and modalities (cupping, spinal decompression, laser).
• Scan patients for orthotics and manage patient flow.
• Answer phones and maintain organized front-desk operations.
• Support community outreach and marketing efforts.
