Job summary

Cadmus seeks candidates to support homeland security exercises for public and private sector clients. You’ll lead design, execution, and evaluation of exercises across terrorism, cybersecurity, and natural disasters, with some policy analysis and strategic planning.

Domestic travel is likely; this is a proposal-position, contingent on award. Cadmus provides advisory services to government and industry, offering strong benefits, growth, and a collaborative work culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in emergency management or related field.
8+ years of professional experience in exercise planning or homeland security.
Experience leading HSEEP exercises.
Ability to travel domestically.
U.S. Citizenship with ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, conduct, and evaluation of HSEEP-compliant exercises for clients.
Develop objectives, scenarios, planning schedules, and evaluation methods.
Coordinate inputs from clients, SMEs, and project staff.
Produce exercise documentation and after-action materials.
Mentor junior staff and manage multiple workstreams.
