Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC is hiring an Exercise Physiologist for a full-time role at a skilled nursing facility in New Jersey. The position involves developing and coordinating exercise and wellness programs, with supervision by a physical therapist or physician.

You will meet with patients to establish histories and goals, provide clinical oversight, and perform select diagnostic tests as indicated, ensuring accurate documentation and ongoing program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science.
• Certification preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with patients to establish medical and exercise histories and goals.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate exercise and wellness programs under supervision.
• Create individualized exercise plans.
• Provide clinical oversight of exercise programs.
• May perform diagnostic tests (stress test, EKG, body fat) to assess health.
• Ensure timely patient documentation and records.
