St. Luke’s Hospital in the Chesterfield area seeks a dedicated Exercise Physiology professional to plan, organize and implement the Cardiac Rehabilitation, Cardiac Fitness, and Employee Fitness programs under the direction of the Therapy Services Director.

The role emphasizes evidence-based practice and compassionate patient care. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science and certification by ACSM or AACVPR preferred within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of a professional Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science curriculum. Must hold at least a Baccalaureate degree.
• Licensure: ACSM or AACVPR certification preferred within 1 year of hire.

Position Summary

Under the supervision of the Director of Therapy Services and Cardiac Rehabilitation Manager, plans, organizes and implements the Cardiac Rehabilitation Program, Cardiac Fitness Program and Employee Fitness Program. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission and values.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements

Education: Graduate of a professional Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science curriculum. Must hold at least a Baccalaureate degree

Licensure: Certified by a professional organization - ACSM or AACVPR is preferred - within 1 year of hire.
