Job summary

Agence PROvidence is seeking qualified candidates to deliver quality cardiac rehabilitation services at our center in Oregon City. The role supports phase 2 and phase 3 patients, and emphasizes patient-focused care in a team-driven environment.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related field and BLS certification at hire. Preference is given to candidates with a Master’s degree and 3+ years in outpatient cardiac rehab.

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 3 years of experience in outpatient Cardiac Rehab services.

Job description

The Spec-Exercise 2 delivers quality care for cardiac rehabilitation phase 2 and phase 3 clients. Supports the Heart and Vascular Institute primary and secondary prevention programs, educational classes, community presentations and other existing health education services.
