Role of a Certified Exercise Coach

As a Certified Exercise Coach at The Exercise Coach, you will deliver one‑on‑one and small‑group exercise instruction to clients of all ages. The day‑to‑day work includes a range of activities and variety.

• Conduct initial consultations
• Lead individual and small‑group exercise sessions
• Track fitness results for clients and lead client education
• Grow the business through selling monthly and package sessions
• Measure success by tracking studio metrics

No fitness experience is necessary, but we are looking for candidates who have a passion for helping others and an interest in fitness. All employees will receive full training in The Exercise Coach methods and technologies and must be able and willing to participate both in our exercise and nutrition methodology.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication skills – comfortable conversing in person and on the phone and delivering clear instructions
• People skills and personality – love working with people and energizing clients
• Health and fitness interest – a college degree in a health‑related field is nice but not required

Certification (Paid Training Offered)

• Successful completion of:
  • The Exercise Coach Certification Course
  • Nutrition Playbook Certification Course
  • Valid CPR/AED certificate from a nationally‑recognized provider
  • Eligibility to work in the USA
