Job summary

FOR EACH 1 REACH 1 MENTORING PROGRAM INC & REACH ACADEMY is seeking an exercise class instructor to lead safe, motivating group workouts and ensure participant safety. You will plan routines, demonstrate correct form, and engage members to foster a positive community.

The role requires current CPR/AED/First Aid certifications, a recognized national fitness credential, and the stamina to guide high-energy sessions while managing equipment and facility needs.

Qualifications

• Certification: Hold a recognized national group fitness or specialty certification (ACE, AFAA, NASM, or equivalent).
• Safety Training: Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to demonstrate high-intensity movement, stand for long durations, and lift equipment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, enthusiasm, and a helpful, approachable attitude.

Responsibilities

• Class Delivery: Lead structured, high-energy workouts matching the specific class style (e.g., cardio, strength, yoga, Zumba, etc.).
