Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain consulting and large-scale transformation.
• Deep expertise in warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, and transportation operations.
• Proven ability to lead Manhattan Active Warehouse Management transformations (MAWM) and MATM.
• Experience translating requirements into scalable transformation strategies.
• Executive-level communication with C-suite and senior supply chain leaders.
• Knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, and emerging tech in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior executives on warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, and transformation initiatives.
• Lead engagements on operating model modernization and end-to-end transformation delivery.
• Assess warehouse and logistics ops to identify opportunities in cost, service, inventory, and labor.
• Define future-state operating models, roadmaps, and implementation strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Lead executive workshops and solution design sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
• Provide leadership across MAWM, MATM, and broader supply chain architectures (ERP, WMS, TMS, automation, WCS/WES, MHE).
• Shape pursuits, proposals, and growth strategies with account teams and industry leaders.
• Contribute thought leadership, methodologies, and mentoring across Supply Chain Transformation.
