Career Climbers is seeking a Vice President – Operational Accounting to oversee financial reporting and operational integration for a healthcare portfolio. In this leadership role, you will partner with executive teams to drive financial excellence while managing a high-performing accounting organization.

The ideal candidate has a strong public company accounting background and proven experience in process improvement and team leadership. This position offers a generous annual cash bonus and long-term equity compensation.

Competenze

• Significant public company accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams.
