Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts from negotiation to execution to balance outcomes and protect financial interests
• Identify and mitigate contractual, legal, and financial risks across projects
• Review and approve contracts, change orders, and related documentation for consistency and compliance
• Optimize insurance programs to ensure adequate coverage across operations
• Lead and mentor a Contracts & Risk Management team of 3–6 staff
• Provide enterprise governance input and strategic risk guidance to leadership
• Support project teams with risk advisory aligned to business objectives
• Monitor and improve risk management processes and outcomes across the organization
• Collaborate with executive leadership on risk strategy and governance
