Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in insurance, business or related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities for risk evaluation and underwriting solutions.
- Proven sales/marketing skills with a track record of business development.
- Advanced computer skills; familiarity with underwriting software tools preferred.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, underwrite, price, quote, and maintain new and renewal business aligned with Chubb’s goals.
- Lead retention efforts for accounts via the Chubb Stewardship process.
- Ensure adherence to pricing and servicing standards.
- Participate in product line projects to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Oversee operational tasks with strict file construction, documentation and self-audit compliance.
