Job summary

Planview is seeking a Principal Advisor to guide executive discussions with blue-chip companies on transformation initiatives. This is a role within our Global Enterprise Transformation team, offering exposure to major North American clients and collaboration with seasoned professionals.

Strong preference for candidates located on the West Coast. You will lead executive workshops, build strategic recommendations, and drive business growth through insightful, CFO-ready analyses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a similar role at top-tier consulting or enterprise leadership.
• Experience in operating model, digital transformation, portfolio management, or enterprise strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact executive workshops and transform client insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Conduct ~4 week strategy engagements guiding clients through transformation.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports with clear recommendations.
• Develop CFO-quality business cases and value narratives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive internal strategic initiatives for Planview growth.
• Form point-of-view documents that blend best practices with emerging trends and Planview capabilities.
• Engage regionally in-person as needed, in a mix of virtual and in-person events.
